Location so close to the mountains and supermarket. A wide range of food options not too far away from the venue. The rooms tasteful and nicely furnished with best balcony views and balcony and bathtub. A wide range of great food.

we didn't want to leave and will definitely visit place next time. the location of the hotel was central, so close to st luc via the local post bus service, village centre and ski lifts, supermarket and bus stop. being just next door to restaurant alpina was nice, we had dinner there.

I loved the fine mountain views from my cozy standard double room. The real fire in the reception created such a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day on the slopes. Plus, the half board dining option offered amazing meals at a fantastic price, especially the gourmet dishes prepared by a professional chef!

I had a standard queen room included with stunning views of the Val d'Anniviers. The location was marvellous and ideal - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

More improvements can be done to provide a healthier breakfast than the cheap refined sugary foods. The hotel should have a family room for little children. As well cater more for vegeterians. Cater with health in mind.

The view from the balcony was stunning. Very pleasant room, and a friendly staff.

Some nights there was poor service in the restaurant. We took half board for 5 nights and 2 nights were disappointing. There was a lack of storage in the room - no coat hooks or area for wet boots (needed in ski hotels), and problem shower curtain that easily caused a flood. Hotel states 200m from cable car - felt like a rather long 200m!

Had a comfortable stay, but the double bed was a bit awkward with two singles.

Do you know a hotel where it is possible to observe every evening 20-30 deer and more than 10 chamois grazing in front of you? The Cristal hotel offers you just that! Please do not forget your binoculars... Additionally, the personnel are very kind and helpful and you will have a fantastic restaurant at your disposal with a charming and extremely kind and competent chef. Just try the 'steak tartare avec frites', a knockout!

If you would like to watch the TV from your bed, you will have to bend it toward you by shifting a thin book underneath… but be careful!

Clean, traditionally furnished rooms. Convenient complimentary ski room at the cable car station, just a short walk away.

Rooms can get uncomfortably warm and ventilation isn't great during heat waves. Breakfast lacked local specialties, offering only basic bread and cheese. The burger served at dinner was effectively the same salad twice, leading to unnecessary waste.

Balcony and the lovely flowers. Very clean bathroom. Allowed us to have 2 dogs in the room with a small charge. Easy parking.

Breakfast could have been better. Only one choice of meat and cheese. Typically Swiss breakfasts have 3-4 choices for each.

Really enjoed my stay, breakfast was good in the morning, staff were friendly and polite. Room was very clean and nive view from the balcony.
